Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 medium bell pepper
1 medium onion
1 small jar pimento
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put cabbage through processor, then put bell pepper and onion through processor and put on top of cabbage.
Do not mix.
Bring vinegar, sugar and salt to boil.
Pour over cabbage, etc.
Let stand 1 1/2 hours, then toss.
Put in bowl with lid and refrigerate.
May be kept for a week.
The longer it sits, the better it tastes.
