Meat Balls # 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 English muffin, place in blender to make fine crumbs
    1 egg
    minced onion to suit taste
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make into small balls.
    Place in skillet with small amount of corn or canola oil.
    Brown all around until well done.
    Remove from oil and put them into a pot of warmed mild salsa; keep warm to serve.
