Dutch Babies(Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and flour until well mixed.
    Pour egg mixture into a shallow, ovenproof baking dish in which butter has been melted.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for
    20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Squeeze lemon juice over egg mixture.
    Spread with sifted powdered sugar.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
    Delicious for brunch.
