Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
5 to 6 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
1 pt. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and beat 10 minutes in mixer. Fill ice cream freezer rest of the way with whole milk.
