Skillet Pasta Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rotini (corkscrew or twist pasta)
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can stew tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rotini according to package directions.
    Rinse with hot water; drain.
