Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced and quartered zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
pepper to taste
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Mix together well.
Put in
greased
pan 9 x 13-inch at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Bake uncovered.
