Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots, cooked and cooled or frozen baby carrots
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 orange, sliced thin
Preparation
-
Cook the orange juice with the sugar and butter. Add the orange.
Pour orange mixture over carrots and warm before serving. Serves 8.
