Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean pork
1/4 c. oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 eggs
2 c. rice (Minute)
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Cook rice (5 minutes direct); set aside.
Heat oil in frypan; add garlic and pork.
Cook until browned;
add onions and saute. Add rice, pepper and soy sauce; cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Beat eggs and add; cook 1 minute and stir up.
