Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and break into small pieces with a fork.
    Add beaten egg and other ingredients and mix well.
    Dip with tablespoon to form flat cakes in a pan in which a sufficient amount of fat has been heated to brown them nicely. Turn with pancake turner to brown both sides, being careful not to burn.
