Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 c. raw peeled zucchini, grated
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add milk, zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 (1-pound) loaves and 1 small half-pound loaf.
