Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Combine sugar and oil in a mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients mixture in portions; alternate with eggs.
Add crushed pineapple, coconut, and nuts.
Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
