Ingredients

1 1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in bowl.
Stir in unbeaten egg whites and extract; mix well.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are browned.
Remove from sheet at once.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
