Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber
    1 bell pepper
    8 to 10 scallions
    1/2 bag radishes
    1 can black olives
    1 can salad green olives
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 pepperoni slices
Preparation
    Chop everything into small pieces.
    Add oregano and basil to taste.
    Coat with salad oil.
    Let stand 2 hours or more.
    Serve chilled.
