Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add soup, potatoes and sour cream. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cheese and corn flakes. Spread over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
