Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
garlic seasoning (optional)
paprika
1/2 c. instant potato flakes
1 1/2 c. milk
bacon
grated cheese
crackers
Preparation
-
Cover potatoes with water.
Add onion, carrot and celery. Cook until just tender.
Add spices, milk and potato flakes.
Cook about 5 minutes longer. Mash slightly.
Serve topped with fresh bacon crumbs, grated cheese and crackers.
