Mom'S Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cheap hamburger
    5 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    3 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. hickory smoke liquid
    2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
    Knead once a day for 3 days. On the 4th day, roll into 4 (2 1/2 x 6-inch) loaves.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 150\u00b0 for 10 hours.
    Do not cover when baking.
