California Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cooked, drained sausage
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green chilies
    9-inch deep pie shell
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk; add cheese, chilies and sausage.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
