Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda) in a small bowl; set aside.
Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add the flour mixture; mix well. Add carrots.
Pour cake batter into well-greased pan.
Cook for approximately 45 minutes.
