Carrot-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. raisins
3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for raisins and carrots.
After batter is mixed well, add carrots and raisins.
Mix well.
Pour batter into floured and greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
