Blender Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
    salt and cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Blend egg yolks, mustard and lemon juice.
    Add melted butter in a slow, steady stream; mixture should thicken in the process. Add salt and cayenne to taste and keep warm over a pan of hot, not boiling, water until ready to use.
    Enough for four 1/3-pound servings of broccoli.
