Oatmeal Bread(Yeast Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. water
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    salt
    2 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs
    2 c. whole wheat
Preparation
    Pour the boiling water over the oatmeal and let it cool.
    Heat 1 cup water, butter, brown sugar and salt to 120\u00b0.
    Add this to the 2 cups flour, yeast, eggs and whole wheat.
    Knead for 3 minutes.
    Add 2 more cups regular flour.
    Knead for 4 minutes. Cover and let rise 1 1/4 hours.
    Divide into 3 loaves and let rest 10 minutes.
    Shape and put into greased pans.
    Let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
