Country Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash eggplant; cut into slices.
    Spread mayonnaise on both sides of each slice.
    Dip both sides into fine saltine cracker crumbs.
    Place slices on an oiled baking sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until nicely browned.
