Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. sifted flour
    pinch of salt
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Add salt to sifted flour.
    Boil the water.
    In bowl, put sugar and oil.
    Pour water over sugar and oil mixture.
    Stir. Dissolve yeast in the lukewarm water.
    Add beaten eggs and yeast to bowl.
    Stir in flour, a little at a time.
    Place 1/2 of mixture, covered, in refrigerator.
    Cover other 1/2 and let rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
    Roll out and let rolls rest for 45 minutes on greased pan, folded over with 1/2 pat of butter. Bake in cold oven (no preheat) for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Then proceed with 1/2 of mixture in refrigerator.
