Frozen Pudding Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Gradually add milk to peanut butter and blend until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat slowly until blended (about 2 minutes). Let stand about 5 minutes.
    Spread filling on crackers.
    Top with remaining crackers.
    Pressing lightly, freeze until firm.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
