Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooked pintos
9-inch pie crust

Preparation

Mash pintos; add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9-inch pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until a toothpick comes out clean.
