Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. mincemeat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix in order. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
