Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick pepperoni
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 shakes each: basil, parsley and garlic powder
    2 loaves frozen bread, defrosted
Preparation
    Cut pepperoni and cheese into small chunks.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Roll each loaf of bread into a rectangle. Divide filling in half.
    Use half on each rectangle.
    Roll up, jelly roll fashion.
    Place on cookie sheet, seam side down; bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Can be frozen after baked.
