Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, at room temperature
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. fork stirred flour
    confectioners sugar
    Lemon Filling
Preparation
    In
    medium
    bowl
    with\telectric
    mixer at medium speed cream butter and sugar.
    Gradually beat in flour until blended.
    Spread on bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake in
    preheated 350\u00b0
    oven\tuntil
    crust begins to brown around edges.
    Pour already
    prepared
    Lemon
    Filling
    over
    crust. Return to
    oven and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until the top is brown and set. Place on wire rack.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Cool. Cut into squares.
