Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 small head cabbage
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, minced
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Chop cabbage in large pieces and place in the bottom of a greased 2-quart baking dish.
 
Brown meat and onion; pour off fat. Stir in rice salt and pepper.
Pour meat over cabbage and cover all with soup and water.
Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
