Spanish Rice Pronto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bacon drippings or butter
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Melt fat in skillet.
    Add onion, green pepper and Minute rice. Cook and stir over high heat until browned.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and bring quickly to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
