Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. tomato juice
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 Tbsp. cumin seed or 1/2 Tbsp. powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
3 qt. tomato chunks, chopped
1 c. sweet green pepper, chopped
3 c. onion, finely chopped
3 c. green chile peppers, finely chopped or minced
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients and simmer until thick.
Fold the chopped vegetables into
the thickened tomato juice.
Put in prepared pint jars and lids and process at 10 pounds for 20 minutes.
