Six Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced raw potatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    2 c. tomatoes (1 tall can)
Preparation
    Place ingredients in layers in greased casserole dish.
    Season each layer using 2 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Garnish with green pepper slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Serves 6.
