Tic-Tac-Toe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) square cake
    1 1/2 c. butter cream frosting
    4 black licorice twists
    3 large red gumdrops
    24 small red candies
Preparation
    Trim top and edges of cake.
    Frost entire cake with frosting. Using wooden toothpick, mark cake into thirds, both horizontally and vertically.
    Arrange 2 licorice twists over horizontal lines. Cut remaining licorice twists and place into position on vertical lines.
    Decorate with red candies for the x's and gumdrops for the o's.
