Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll skins
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped very fine
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 or 4 eggs
1 lb. ground pork
1 small head cabbage, grated
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well to make filling.
Fill egg roll skins; roll tight.
Use water to moisten to help keep sealed.
Fry in deep fryer at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 25.
