Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 lb. New York sharp cheese (room temperature)
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Mix well; make finger size cookies wrapped around a pecan half. Lay on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Be sure and shape like a finger.
Very good.
Makes 85 to 100.
