Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Blend eggs, salad oil and sugar first.
Combine dry ingredients next.
Gradually add grated zucchini and small amounts of sifted ingredients.
Continue to blend until mixture is smooth. Last, add chopped pecans and raisins.
Bake in 2 greased 9 x 5 x 4-inch pans for 1 hour with oven set at 350\u00b0.
