Skewered Mixed Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. kielbasa
    1 lb. frankfurters
    small white onions, cooked
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
    small red potatoes, cooked
Preparation
    Cut kielbasa in 1/2-inch chunks. Cut franks in half crossways. In a bowl, toss potatoes and onions with oil.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Ignite charcoal in grill.
    Let burn down to gray ash, about 30 minutes.
    Spread in even layer and put grid in place about 6-inches above coals.
    Thread ingredients on 6 (10 to 12-inch) metal skewers.
    Place on grill.
    Cook until heated through.
