Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 egg
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in water until tender and drain.
    Mix well-beaten egg and soup with squash and onion.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Melt oleo.
    Mix well with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
