Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Let the cream cheese soften.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
    Form mixture into ball and roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and parsley.
    Serve with snack crackers.
