Creamy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. can mushrooms
10 oz. can golden mushroom soup
3 tsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Crumble beef into 2-quart casserole.
Add onion, garlic, undrained mushrooms, undiluted soup, flour, spices and sherry. Mix well and cover.
Microwave on High for 15 to 18 minutes.
Stir well, then mix in sour cream and catsup.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Serves 6.
