Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 c. pecans
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix together in pot the sugar, milk, cocoa and salt.
Simmer until mixture forms a balls in cold water, then add butter and pecans.
Whip until it gets very stiff.
Pour on a buttered, greased platter or pan until it sets.
Cut into squares before it gets too hard.
