Shrimp Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive or canola oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. water
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation

Saute onion, celery, garlic and parsley in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
Simmer for one hour.
Add shrimp and wine and simmer 15 or 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti.
Drain water and put sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated cheese (optional).
Yields 6 servings.
