Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. American or mild Cheddar cheese
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
-
In a 3-quart pan, cook broccoli for 10 minutes in 1 1/2 quarts of water.
Do not drain.
