Chicken Walnut Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Coat chicken with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
    Fry in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add remaining ingredients (except soy sauce, oil, cornstarch and chicken broth).
    Stir constantly.
    When vegetables are done, add chicken broth mixture. Heat.
    Serve on hot rice.
