Southwest Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. uncooked oats
    1 can Mexicorn (Green Giant)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Whisk together water, 1/4 cup of the chili sauce, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Stir in oats; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add oat mixture and Mexicorn to ground beef, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
    Shape mixture into 2 loaves in pan.
    Spread remaining chili sauce over meat loaves.
    Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
