Pumpkin-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2/3 c. raisins
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; set aside.
    Cream shortening; gradually add sugar in a large mixing bowl, beating until light and fluffy and sugar is dissolved.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add pumpkin; mix well.
