Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar.
Press mixture firmly into 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
Reserve 1/4 cup crackers for garnish.
