Ham Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. lean trimmed ham
    2 qt. sweet pickles
    4 large onions
    16 hard-boiled eggs
    paprika
    celery salt
Preparation
    Fine grind the ham.
    Grind pickles, onions and boiled eggs. Season with paprika and celery salt.
    Blend with salad dressing to spreading consistency (not too dry).
    Trim serving dish with parsley sprigs and tomato slices in corners.
