Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
3 large potatoes, cubed very small
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
6 eggs
1 tomato, chopped
6 to 8 flour tortillas
Cheddar or American cheese (optional)
hot sauce (optional)
Preparation

Stir-fry bacon, potatoes, onion and bell pepper until the potatoes are done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain.
Add the eggs and scramble when the eggs are done.
Add the tomatoes.
