Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add the beaten egg yolks and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Set off the burner and add the stick of oleo, vanilla and coconut.
Mix well and pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
